Car Offers and Discounts 2026 – Janatha Mirror

Indian car buyers can check festive discounts, exchange benefits and service offers in November 2026. Here is what to verify before booking.

1. Car buyers look for festive savings

November is an important period for Indian automobile buyers, with festive-season promotions and dealership-level benefits continuing to attract attention. Offers may include cash discounts, exchange bonuses, scrappage benefits, corporate incentives and loyalty rewards. However, the advertised maximum saving is not automatically available to every customer. The final amount depends on the vehicle, variant, manufacturing year, location, stock and eligibility conditions.

2. SUVs and electric cars feature in discount lists

An October 26 report by HT Auto listed benefits of up to ₹1 lakh on the Hyundai Creta and up to ₹1,02,700 on the Kia Sonet. The Kia Syros and Seltos were listed with benefits of up to ₹1,60,400 and ₹1,47,100, respectively. Tata's Harrier EV had benefits of up to ₹2.75 lakh on select variants. These figures were reported as October festive offers; buyers should confirm whether the schemes have been extended into November before relying on them.

3. Tata announces a service offer until November 14

There is also an offer for existing car owners. Tata Motors' nationwide festive service camp is scheduled to continue until November 14, 2026, at authorised workshops. It includes a complimentary 30-point vehicle health check and a 10% discount on selected extended warranties, genuine accessories and roadside assistance. The programme covers petrol, diesel, CNG and electric vehicles. Customers can also enquire about EMI options on eligible extended warranty and annual maintenance packages.

4. Compare the final price before booking

Customers should request a written, itemised quotation from the dealership. Ask separately about the cash discount, exchange value, scrappage benefit, corporate offer and any loyalty incentive. Check whether benefits can be combined or whether one replaces another. Also verify the manufacturing month, insurance cost, accessories, registration charges and loan interest rate. A lower ex-showroom offer does not always mean a lower on-road price. Comparing quotations from multiple authorised dealers can help buyers negotiate a better deal.
