DLF Plans ₹58,000 Crore Housing Project Launches Over the Next 2–3 Years

Real estate developer DLF Ltd plans to launch housing projects with a potential sales value of more than ₹58,000 crore over the next two to three years, as it looks to capitalise on demand for luxury residential properties.

According to a PTI report published by Hindustan Times, DLF’s latest investor presentation outlines plans to launch approximately 24 million square feet of residential space during the medium term. The planned projects have an estimated sales value exceeding ₹58,000 crore.

The company said it has launched around 14 million square feet of projects over the past two and a half years, representing more than ₹56,000 crore in potential revenue. The new pipeline is intended to sustain its development activity over the coming years.

DLF Home Developers’ management said the company is preparing to launch luxury housing projects in Gurugram and Mumbai during the second half of FY2026–27.

The company also reported strong sales at its senior-living project, The Aureva, in Gurugram. The project comprises 172 luxury homes, all of which were sold for a combined value of ₹1,985 crore, according to the report.

DLF’s super-luxury development, The Dahlias, in Gurugram has also seen significant buyer interest. Around 275 of its 420 apartments and penthouses had been sold by September 2026. One penthouse in the development was reportedly sold for ₹271 crore in August.

DLF recorded property sales bookings of ₹4,457 crore during the first half of FY2026–27 and is targeting approximately ₹20,000 crore in sales bookings for the full financial year.

The planned launches reflect developers’ continued focus on premium housing. Actual sales will depend on market conditions, project execution and buyer demand.
