DLF Managing Director Ashok Tyagi told analysts that the company had made initial payments to lenders towards the additional land parcel during the September quarter. The company’s investor presentation showed that DLF spent ₹353 crore on land-acquisition-related payments during the quarter, following expenditure of ₹210 crore in the first quarter of the financial year.

The latest transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March 2027. However, DLF has not disclosed the total cost of the additional land or a timeline for launching the proposed housing project.

The existing 28-acre parcel has a development potential of approximately 7.5 million square feet. The addition of the new land is expected to increase the overall development potential, although the company has not provided a final figure.
