NAREDCO Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said approximately 20,000 people had registered online for the event as of the announcement. The show is expected to give prospective buyers an opportunity to compare projects and understand the range of properties available in the market.
The properties on display are expected to cover a broad price range, from plots priced at around ₹10 lakh to premium properties costing several crores. Some developers and banks may offer incentives to buyers, although individual offers and eligibility conditions will depend on the participating organisations.
The event also comes amid continued changes in Hyderabad's infrastructure and urban development. Organisers pointed to projects such as the Regional Ring Road, radial roads and Metro Rail expansion as factors that could influence the city's real estate market.

NAREDCO Telangana representatives also noted that property prices had shown signs of stabilisation over the previous one or two years, while warning that rising construction-material costs could put upward pressure on prices.
The proposed Future City development was another topic discussed by the association. Its residential and commercial growth, organisers said, would depend in part on industries setting up operations and creating employment in the area.
Prospective buyers are advised to verify project approvals, examine property documents and understand the terms of purchase before paying booking amounts. A Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) information stall is also expected to be available at the show to help visitors understand regulatory requirements.

The property show will offer buyers an opportunity to review different projects in one place. However, buyers should independently verify legal approvals, construction status, payment schedules and any advertised incentives before committing to a property.
