Amazon Great Indian Festival Diwali Edition Goes Live With Discounts Across Categories

Amazon India has launched the Great Indian Festival Diwali Edition, with offers across a wide range of shopping categories. The sale began on October 28, according to a report published by Kashmir Vision on October 30.

The campaign includes deals on smartphones, consumer electronics, fashion, beauty products, home essentials and everyday purchases.

Customers using eligible HDFC Bank credit cards and credit-card EMI transactions can access a reported 10% instant discount, subject to offer conditions. Prime members are also eligible for an additional ₹250 cashback on a curated selection of products, according to the report.

Discounts across electronics and fashion

The promotional campaign advertises discounts of up to 40% on mobile phones and accessories, with no-cost EMI options on eligible purchases.

Consumer electronics from brands including Apple, Canon and Sony are advertised with discounts of up to 80%. Fashion and beauty products from brands such as Crocs, Skechers, Lakmé, Biba and GAP are also included in the promotional campaign.

For home and kitchen products, the sale advertises discounts of up to 70% on selected essentials and a flat 50% discount on a large selection of home, kitchen and outdoor products.

Travel and Amazon Pay benefits

The Diwali campaign also includes promotional savings on travel bookings, with advertised discounts of up to 22% on flights, 75% on hotels and 17% on bus bookings.

Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit-card customers may receive additional cashback on eligible purchases, subject to the applicable card reward structure.

The campaign also includes Amazon Pay Shopping Loan for eligible customers, with access to credit of up to ₹3.5 lakh on qualifying purchases of ₹50,000 or more and repayment periods of up to 24 months. This is a credit facility, not a discount, and customers should review the applicable interest, fees and repayment terms.
