The upgraded Ask Zia system uses six specialised AI agents for data analysis, modelling, visualisation, data preparation, coding and SQL generation. Businesses can also build custom agents and embed white-labelled AI assistants into their own applications. Zoho says governance controls will help organisations monitor access, activity and usage costs.

The platform adds 30 data connectors to its existing collection of more than 500 integrations, including services from SAP, PayPal and Adobe Commerce. Zoho says pricing remains unchanged despite the new capabilities. The latest cloud version is available, while some features will roll out in preview over the coming weeks.
For companies, the development signals a shift from simply viewing reports to using AI-assisted systems for business processes. However, organisations will need to assess data security, permissions, accuracy and costs before allowing AI agents to interact with critical workflows.
