Hyderabad, October 25: The 16th edition of the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2026 is scheduled to take place at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad from October 30 to November 1, bringing residential projects, plots and commercial property options together for prospective buyers.

According to a United News of India report published on October 22, organisers said the event would focus on transparency and encourage homebuyers to select projects with the necessary approvals. Around 20,000 people had reportedly registered online at the time of the announcement.

Property Choices Across Different Budgets

The exhibition is expected to feature properties across a wide range of budgets, from plots priced around ₹10 lakh to premium properties worth several crores, according to the report. Developers and banks are also expected to offer selected incentives.

Organisers highlighted the role of infrastructure projects, including the proposed Regional Ring Road, radial roads and Metro expansion, in shaping Hyderabad's property market. However, the actual impact on individual locations will depend on project execution, connectivity and local demand.

A RERA information stall is expected to help visitors understand project registration and buyer protections.
