Landmark Group plans to invest approximately ₹1,000 crore in its Landmark One commercial development in Gurugram. The 2.1 million sq. ft. project is expected to strengthen the city's commercial real estate pipeline, while the developer is also planning another mixed-use development along Dwarka Expressway.
Landmark Group is planning to invest around ₹1,000 crore in the construction of Landmark One, a commercial real estate project spread across approximately 2.1 million square feet in Gurugram, according to an ETRealty report published on October 30, 2026.

SBI funding supports the first phase
The developer has reportedly raised ₹330 crore from the State Bank of India for the first phase of the project.
Landmark Group is also planning a mixed-use development along Dwarka Expressway. The combined estimated sales potential of the two developments is approximately ₹15,000 crore, according to the report.
The projected sales potential should not be confused with realised revenue or completed sales. Actual performance will depend on construction progress, leasing or sales demand, project approvals and market conditions.

Gurugram's commercial property market
Gurugram remains an important commercial real estate destination because of its concentration of corporate offices, business services, technology companies and established commercial corridors.
Large developments can attract office occupiers and investors, but their success depends on location, connectivity, building specifications, rental competitiveness and the availability of supporting infrastructure.
Market Perspective
Landmark Group's proposed investment reflects continued developer interest in Gurugram's commercial property market. The project's scale and bank funding are important indicators, but execution and occupancy will determine its longer-term performance.

For the wider market, developments along established commercial corridors and Dwarka Expressway could add to the supply of office and mixed-use properties. The pace at which businesses absorb this new space will be a key factor to watch.
