Market Perspective
The Q3 figures indicate that overseas capital remains interested in Indian property, particularly assets connected to digital infrastructure. However, institutional investment is not a direct measure of residential home sales or an immediate predictor of house prices. Developers and investors should distinguish between demand for income-producing commercial assets and demand for homes, while homebuyers should continue to assess affordability, location and project quality.
