Kamal Sridevi is written and directed by debutant filmmaker Krishnanand Kottarapattu. The makers have described it as a distinctive romantic story. The film has completed shooting in Chennai and Munnar and is currently in its final stages of production.

Soundarya Rajinikanth Backs the Project

The film is produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth under Zion Films, along with Pasilian Nazerath and Magesh Raj Pasilian of MRP Entertainment. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music. The cast also includes Mithun Jai Shankar and Smeha in important roles.
